Wir waren im Salu im Bauersfeld und waren zufrieden. Bestellt haben wir den Salat mit Spinat, rote Beete, Kürbis, Birne, Brot und super leckerer Butter und Rind mit Meerrettich. Der Salat war wirklich sehr lecker, da hat für mich alles gepasst. Beim Rind war etwas irritierend, dass das Kartoffelgratin in der vielen Soße schwamm. Die Meerrettichsoße war sehr gut und das Fleisch gut. Das Messer hätte schärfer sein können. Geschmacklich war es insgesamt sehr gut. Es war wenig los und somit ruhig und entspannt. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Wir waren zum Sonntagsbrunch hier. Absolute Empfehlung!!! Tolle Aufteilung Frühstück-Mittags-Buffet. Die Speisen und Gerichte sind auf Spitzenniveau, kreativ und sehr lecker. Tolle Auswahl! Service ist herzlich, zuvorkommend und sehr sehr freundlich, wir haben uns als Gäste gefühlt. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Wir kommen wieder…!!!
Das Essen war frisch, aber Salat ohne Dressing, die Kartoffeln zur Forelle musste ich ohne Butter bzw Soße essen. Beim veganen Gericht die. Nudeln zu weich gekocht und kaum gewürzt , die Pasta ziemlich scharf. Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt, aber extra berechnet. Wurden auf Beilagen verzichtet, dann erfolgte keine Vergütung. Über 1 Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl nicht zuviele Gäste anwesend waren. Schöe Deko im gesamten (tolle Uhrensamnlung). Insgesamt aber okay
Ein sonniger Samstag und leckeres Essen auf der Terrasse... Besser kann ein Wochenende nicht beginnen! Das Bauersfeld hat uns mit schönem Ambiente, freundlichem Personal und guter Küche überzeugt Sowohl das Rostbrätel als auch das Bauernfrühstück waren sehr gut! Die Größe der Portionen sollte man vielleicht zu Gunsten des Preises etwas anpassen... Ansonsten großes Lob und gerne wieder...
Das Café, Bar und Restaurant „Bauersfeld“ im Planetarium Jena ist absolut empfehlenswert! Die Küche ist hervorragend, große Portionen zu fairen Preisen, dazu kreativ kombiniert mit Gewürzen und Früchten, sodass die Gerichte spannend und gleichzeitig unglaublich lecker sind. Auch die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, eine Mischung aus alter und neuer Einrichtung ist sehr gelungen und sorgt für eine besondere Atmosphäre.
Der Brunch im Bauersfeld ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist jetzt nicht überragend, aber es gibt eine gute Auswahl und jeder sollte satt werden. Für 25,90 Euro so viel essen wie man möchte, ist für heutige Verhältnisse ok. Kaffee und Tee sind inbegriffen. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Glas Sekt und Orangensaft. Zunächst gibt es Frühstück. Kurz vor 12 gibt es dann warme Speisen und Dessert. Das Ambiente ist einladend und der Gastraum und die Tische waren hübsch und weihnachtlich dekoriert. Der männliche Service MA war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei der weiblichen Mitarbeiterin hat man sich leider nicht sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Ein einfaches Guten Morgen sollte sonntagfrüh doch drin sein .
